This high-energy event is the party of the year! A private jet hangar is transformed into a South Beach inspired nightclub.  Enjoy music, fine wines, cocktails and champagne. Host Bocuse d’Or and Les Chefs de France will be joined by local restaurants and top celebrity chef’s to prepare a world-class culinary extravaganza. Highlighting the evening will be an air show,  silent auction, and fashion show presented by Saks Fifth Avenue.

Upgrade your Jetport Food & Wine Party to the VIP experience! A very limited number of VIP tickets are available. Guests will have exclusive access to the velvet rope VIP area and lounge seating, with premier location for the evenings entertainment and live auction. Mingle with the celebrities and enjoy direct access to renowned chefs Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud and Jerome Bocuse and their chef stations. VIP guests will also have a private bar with premium wines and Taittinger champagnes, cocktail service, caviar bar by Chef Scott Boswell, and more! These exclusive VIP tickets are strictly limited to 150 guests.

Established in 2009, the Bocuse d'Or USA Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) devoted to Inspiring Culinary Excellence and to recruiting and training a USA Team to represent the United States at the global Bocuse d'Or Competition held in Lyon, France every two years. The Foundation – led by a Board of Directors comprised of renowned chefs Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and Jerome Bocuse – also offers young professionals educational scholarships, internships, and access to a Culinary Council of established professionals, all in an effort to build a the next generation of American chefs who are confident in their career pursuits and will be life-long ambassadors of gastronomic excellence.
